this realyy is a great replacement for the G4 capsule lamps with a good light output

These are significantly bigger than the standard halogen bulb they replace. Consequently, they were unusable in my lamps and I returned them.
I had the exact same experience with another type of "LED / Halogen equivalent replacement bulb". Somebody needs to join the dots on this issue and give us usable advice.

The light output is pathetic. I think there might be a problem although 2 samples were the same.

These are for outdoor marker lights and turned out better than I expected with a good matching colour with 10W halogen capsule lamps. They are working on 12V AC
