I recently purchased three of these, for use in a corridor. They appear to light quite quickly, and are of a satisfactory colour. I cannot yet comment on their longevity.

We use this in a pantry with a door activated switch. Works really well with plenty of light and fast response. Bulbs seem to last about 18 months
