I never actually got my stuff: BLT's carrier - DX - had an incorrect location for our postcode on their sat nav system, and made repeated efforts to deliver to that incorrect location rather than use a bit of common sense and e.g. allow me and the driver to speak to each other. After a week of this I gave up and cancelled. BLT's customer service was excellent throughout. Named individuals contacted me promptly on numerous occasions to try to sort out the problem, often without being asked. I also got a refund within hours of finally cancelling. I would order from BLT again - but only if they avoided delivering through DX - or DX provided some proper customer service instead of a "computer says no" type of automated service.
