GU10 LED Warm White Bulbs

GU10 LED Warm White Bulbs are direct retrofit replacements for older Halogen style GU10s these warm white coloured lamps have been designed to perfectly replicate the old halogen light colour giving you a warm feel to your room.

Are GU10 LED Warm White Bulbs Brighter Than Other Colours?

GU10 LED Warm White Bulbs are not brighter than other colour temperatures, the "Warm White" term refers to the colour of light that is produced which is 2700 kelvin and replicates perfectly the halogen GU10 and gives off a warm light with a hint of orange/yellow. This type of light is perfect to replace the old halogen style bulbs when a homley effect is required

Are GU10 LED Warm White Bulbs or Cool White Better For My Eyes?

When it comes to eye health the colour of the light bulbs makes very little difference, Warm White bulbs are better for living areas and the main differences between these two colours is that warm white is more relaxing on the eyes and will soften the skin tone. Cool White however is perfect for practical areas of the home such as the kitchen or bathroom or where a more clinical feel is required.

Is Warm White The Same As Soft White?

Yes warm white and soft white are very similar and different manufacturers word this differently, the best way to identify this is to check the kelvin temperature. A warm/soft light gu10 LED bulb would be labelled 2700-3000 kelvin.

Can You Mix GU10 LED Warm White Bulbs and Cool White?

Mixing warm and cool white bulbs in the same room is not ideal as the difference is easily noticed when the lights are switched on. It is always best to match the brand of bulb as well as sometimes there can be slight differences in the colours between different brands even if they are both the same kelvin.
