Slight delay as they come on but very bright thereafter. i\'ve a utility room ceiling with about 20 downlighters so this will save me a fortune. I keep some ordinary bulbs in for the instant light needed

By (United Kingdom), 27th December, 2011
I ordered six of these in one order. Obviously the manufacturer had recently changed the specification as I got three bulbs which were round in profile and three spare in profile. They all work very well and individually either type looks fine but my kitchen ceiling very obviously has two different looking bulbs. The code number was the same and the packets almost identical. If you need a batch for one room I would probably advise buying from somewhere you can check the bulbs look the same as each other currently (Dec 2011).
