Really good bright white light, very slim and light in weight. We are very pleased with the result. The supporting brackets can be screwed to the ceiling (or wall) at almost any distance apart. The light simply clips on to the brackets. My only gripe was that the power cord comes out of the end of the light and sticks out like a sore thumb! This wasn't clear on the description. You can pass the power cord above and along the length of the light if your termination, like ours, is more central to the light. The cord can pass under one of the metal supporting brackets, though there could have been more of a gap provided in the bracket. If fitting to a ceiling ake sure there is room in the ceiling to put a terminal block (not privided), there is no place within the light to accept it. Otherwise it may be necessary to fit a junction box which may not be very aesthetic.
