My first experience with BLT Direct
Initially, there was some frustration, because dates I was given were changed, but I do accept that delays may have been unavoidable due to the Covid situation. Fortunately, I am retired so was fairly flexible in being at home to receive my order. As far as my order is concerned, I am extremely pleased with my purchase. The items are fragile, but they were very well packaged with plenty of appropriate packing, all of which was recyclable. I have reduced my rating by one star mainly because of the frequent change of delivery dates, but I am extremely happy with my purchase.
