This GU10 fire rated fitting comes with a 3 year warranty and is built using high quality aluminium to ensure that it can last under fire conditions. GU10 lamps are not included with this product.

In the event of a fire the integrated intumescent material will completely seal the unit and cut-out, it has also been tested in 30, 60 and 90 minute fire rated ceilings.
