I have bought from BLT over a number of years and everything has been first class. On this occasion, however, the bulb I ordered was not in stock, and I was promised delivery within a week. What eventually arrived, after longer than a week\'s delay, was a Sylvania substitute, which is not as good, as one bulb has already burned out. Can we return to the former level of service, please.
