You can't get better srevice than this.
Last Wednesday evening I placed my order with BLT. As usual I had found just what I wanted and at a reasonable price. The I found that I had inadvertently duplicated ( and paid for) my order. At 9pm I left an email for customer services. At 0902 next morning I had a reply assuring me all had been sorted out. Two days later my order arrived exactly as required.
