Bought by mistake and 2X the size I wanted. Read 'as good as 28 watt', but they were 28 watt and I needed 16 watt. I don't feel able to rate these, because I didn't use them. They were the wrong Compact Flourescent DD Lamp 4 pin tubes.

I love daylight bulbs in my house but they can be hard to find. I put these in my kitchen where they provide a wonderful light to work by. So much better than the yellow light of 2700K lamps. BLT provided these very quickly by mail.
