Saturday telephone support is very unhelpful. All the person could do when they answered was ‘pass on a message to someone to ring back on Monday’. They did not even attempt to try to answer a simple query which I resolved for myself on the website. Seems rather pointless to have some to answer the phone who can’t do anything to help.

I have electrical light fittings and the only bulbs that fit are difficult to find. I found the company BLT online and it looked as they stocked something that would suit. I sent them an enquiry and was delighted to receive a prompt reply in less than 24hrs. I have ordered a box of light bulbs and trust the information supplied is correct.
