Excellent service from Tom at BLT Direct. He was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and always very quick to get back to us with any queries we had.

Tom also kindly arranged a slight discount on our order, which was really appreciated, and to top it off, we received our order the very next day!

Great customer service from start to finish — helpful, responsive and efficient. Would definitely recommend Tom and BLT Direct!

I had a bad experience myself and my husband are in our 70s we ordered a 1m strip light for fire beam light came we didnt know we needed a driver although now fullyreading through the sheet that came with it mentions one but doesnt actually do it at checkout ive gone through it again it does have a 47.99 driver on there to add to cart but never though it was to a 1m strip rang to ask about it rude lady in accounts put me on hold soon as she asked for invoice and i explain light didnt work with plug then got a chap that insisted it was there in bold no it isnt we arent tech savy we needed your help but instead you belittled us couldnt refund they said so a 39.99 light needs another 27 to power it very disapointed more with the mannner of the staff you could be kinder you never know how much the 39.99 ment to us
