Package was damaged in transit but BLT sent replacement

The actual BLT orderinng online process I found difficult, because I couldn't cancel my initial order which I later increased. Followed by daily - 'why don't you finish your order' - emails I was not able to reply to. I ended up with a large box of light bulbs which didn't fit and a warning to say don't open the box, because you can't return an openned box. In the end I phoned BLT's customer services. I stopped getting those emails. Yes I could return the light bulbs which didn't fit. I am still waiting for my money back and they have taken more money for light bulbs that do fit. I have yet to receive these. This on these 2 occaisions have taken more than 4 days to arrive, they arrived on time before (perhaps this is just because its Christmas?). You still can't cancel the orders you make on line at their website. They are slow refunding your money, and I was charged for delivery (packing) despite being told I would not be.

Quick delivery, packaged safe. Company have a great choice of lights,after endless searches with other companies I found the specialised bulb here,

Philips 14 watt led floodlight bulbs to replace 2 halogen bulbs in a dual worklight. They work well and don't use much electricity. Easy to order and good delivery.
