I ordered a copper three spot light for our utility as our new kitchen has a copper theme and all switches and lights are copper. When it arrived it was chrome. I phoned and they confirmed that I had ordered copper and out me on gold whilst they contacted the manufacturer who advised that they had run out of copper and sent closest replacement. Really I am looking for copper and end up with chrome ..why is that acceptable just say there are out of stock as I have had to make a phone call and then a journey to the post office to send back.
