Website was easy to use and my telephone conversation with the staff was informative and friendly. I opted for the 'White' rather than the 'warm white' and really pleased that I did. The 'white' is much brighter than the 'warm white' but not as stark as the 'cool white'. Really pleased with my choice. Received all tubes together in one package which was really well packed and arrived quickly
