Step 2: Choose your tracking method
With your tracking number ready, choose one of the following methods to track your order:
- Via Email: Simply click on the tracking link provided in the order confirmation email, and it will redirect you to the courier's website, where you'll find detailed information about your package's journey.
- Via Courier Website: To track your order directly on the courier's website, use the following links for the respective courier services:
Depending on your delivery method, head to the relevant website and input your tracking number in the designated search field.
- Via SMS: Some courier services offer SMS updates. If you provided your mobile number during the ordering process, you might receive delivery updates via text messages.
Step 3: Check the delivery status
With your chosen tracking method, you can see the real-time location of your package and the estimated delivery date. Our delivery timelines are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 2-4 working days
- Fast Shipping: 1-2 working days
Please note that these timelines are based on when your package leaves our warehouse, not necessarily when you place your order.
