I don’t tend to do reviews but I had an excellent customer services experience from BLT Direct. I bought some light battens a few years back. One of them failed recently (it happens) but it was still within the warranty. Rang the company and spoke to a very helpful lady who took my details and processed the warranty claim and a replacement was sorted to be sent to me straight away. No nonsense and it was all sorted within a few minutes. I wish all companies had customer services like this one. Note (replacement arrived within 2 days. Thank you)
