Prompt supply but 1 only lit for a day

I find these bulbs longer lasting than their non-halogen counterparts, which seem to have really dismal service llife. My wife, however finds the light rather piercing, as with many halogen products.Although they are long lasting, two bulbs out of 6 in my last order did not light when I put them in. Many thanks, though for sending replacements so promptly
