Unfortunately my goods arrived broken but this is where the good service really kicked in. I was immediately sent a free post label to make my return. They apologized to me and made arrangements for my goods to be replaced from a different manufacture. I didn't post my goods back because the very next day I was working next door to BLT Direct over 100 miles away.
