Bonjour, vous ne m'avez pas fournit des VENTURE, vous les avez remplacer par la marque LUCALOX car vous étiez en rupture de stock des VENTURE. Je suis vraiment mécontent car pour la première que j'ai installé, l'allumeur interne a explosé, 3 fonctionne parfaitement, une seconde a l'allumeur interne qui a explosé et une troisième ne s'allume carrément pas. J'ai demandé un bon de retour afin de vous renvoyer les 3 qui ne fonctionne pas ; je pense que l'emballage était un peu léger pour le transport sur cette distance. Ces lampes m'ont l'air assez fragile. Cordialement. LACOMA A.

Very helpful and efficient, competitively priced and good quality products. They seem to be extremely responsive and accessible here - I called twice on the phone and was straight through to a helpful person at the other end in moments. Marie was very pleasant and friendly to deal with, all details were confirmed by email quote and delivery was very prompt. I would definitely use BLT again.
